Please note that as a result of the 2010 Federal decennial census, Pennsylvania lost one congressional seat (from 19 to 18). As a result of the 2000 Federal decennial census, Pennsylvania lost two congressional seats (from 21 to 19).
Help I don't know who my U.S. Representative is or what district I reside in.
