Centre County Senate Map
I object to Centre County being split across two Senatorial Districts. I reside in the Patton North district in Patton Township. I was previously elected as a Township Supervisor and I participated in the Centre Region Council of Governments (CRCOG). This CRCOG consisted of State College Borough and the five surrounding Townships. However, I see in the proposed map that State College Borough and College Township while they are adjacent to Patton Township, are in a different Senatorial district. I feel strongly that the entire Centre Region should be kept in one Senate District.
