Redistricting
We need districts that best reflect the voters of the commonwealth. This will bring long term stability to the legislative process, will make sure all citizens are heard, and will reward consensus building. Gerrymandered districts lead to all-or-nothing policymaking, with the potential for wild swings in the balance of power. The redistricting process itself should also rely heavily on transparency, chances for citizen input, and a representative government.
