The main purpose for this adjustment is to keep State College, University Park, Bellefonte, and Philipsburg grouped together as these towns all have economic ties. This groups the southern half of Centre County with Huntington, Mifflin, and Juniata Counties. The districts modified are: 25, 30, 32, 35, 41
