Northern extremity of Franklin County
As things stand with the existing district, I am connected to the location of my current representative by simply traveling north on PA 75, it's ont very complicated. What I see for the proposed new district that would encompass this area is that it would be largely in Huntingdon County, an area we have very little connection to, and which would require accessing our representative by "going over the mountain", a not very convenient prospect at all. This makes no sense! I see on the senate map that Franklin County as a whole is within one single district, and can't see why the same couldn't be done in the case of the house district. County lines are located where they are for a reason!
