Do not split Bethlehem
Do not weaken Bethlehem by splitting its existing districts and merging It with a portion of the wholly distinct and unique Allentown. Both cities are unique and deserve their own representation. The constitution states that municipalities should not be broken up unless absolutely necessary, and it’s only absolutely wrong and harmful to split up the existing 18th District. Respect Bethlehem by keeping it whole.
