Prison Gerrymandering
Senator Ward's resolution to continue gerrymandering for prisoners with more than 10 years left on their sentence is merely and attempt to continue gerrymandering for as many prisoners as possible. No matter how long a prisoner's sentence, they still have the right to be represented in their home district. Their families have the right to be able to talk to their representatives about issues relating to that prisoner. If this is worth doing, it's worth doing for all prisoners. I'm also very disappointed at how little notice was given before the date for this vote.
