Don't bring back goofy
I used to live in the infamous "goofy kicking donald duck" congressional district, which was only un-gerrymandered due to a court order. We shouldn't have districts that are drawn to advantage one party or another, instead they should reflect related communities and the overall partisan lean of the state.
