REDISTRICTING
The Pennsylvania Citizens' Map, the first and largest map of its kind, is a composite, 17-district congressional map that represents what Pennsylvanians, as individuals or teams, have collectively mapped since 2018. This map meets or exceeds the statistical benchmarks set by those maps, and it reflects the values that mappers declared as important to them. The Citizens' Map, in effect, represents the everyday Pennsylvania mapper. The Citizens' Map should be the starting point (and ending point!) for redistricting.
