Support for PA Fair Districts Peoples Maps
I support the maps submitted by the PA Fair Districts groups as the Peoples House and Senate redistricting maps. They have provided a clear, and public process to adhere to legal requirements of compactness, contiguity, minimal splits, minority representation, and lack of partisan bias. They have been transparent and made the information public and accessible to everyone. No map is perfect, but through their public process and adherence to principals I believe these maps were created fairly and take into account to be balanced and representative for the citizens of Pennsylvania and not a particular party or special interests.
