Opposition to Modifying 168th District

I write to object to the proposed state legislature map, due to the division of traditionally-grouped municipalities within the new proposed map. There are specific logical reasons to preserve the status-quo, in that: the populace is well aware of their representation; the Rose Tree Media school district is not further divided between multiple state representatives; the municipalities themselves lose influence with Harrisburg due to the dilution of its constituents' issues between multiple representatives; and, that the proposed legislative map further degrades private persons' ability to influence its representative, as a result of the proposed map re-organizing to distribute the political influence of some of the businesses in the area, particularly Swarthmore College and the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District, which is a potential conflict for the proposed representative, and would now be split in two (along with half of Rose Tree Media School District).
