My recommendations
The Senate and House maps have much fewer issues than in past decades. However, there remain enough issues including: The lack of a viably Hispanic distict in Allentown, where there is more than a House district's worth of Hispanics. Even the 22nd is proposed to be less Hispanic than in the 2020 primary and include eastern Salisbury Township and Fountain Hill. The redrawing of the Harrisburg area in the House. There are more whites than blacks in both Harrisburg districts and too much of one district is in Cumberland Cpounty, which has more than four House districts' population but still does not get its fourth seat. Luzerne County and the Wyoming Valley badly split in four Senate districts--clean it up. The disenfranchisement of Centre County in the Senate for at least two years.
