Juniata County" and "Mifflin County

Mifflin and Juniata Counties belong together in a legislative district, like they have been for many years. These counties have a long history of sticking together, and this legacy can be seen in a shared Chamber of Commerce, Visitor’s Bureau, Human Services department, career and tech ed school, hospital, and newspaper, among many others. I personally live in Mifflin County and work in Juniata County in a position that requires me to contact my legislator, and it always made sense that I knew exactly who to contact. The current proposed “Fair Districts” map is not fair to our slice of rural PA, and these counties should remain together.
