Opposed to district 13, 36 and high deviation.

I must announce my strong opposition to how Senate Districts 13 and 36 are drawn in the preliminary map, as well as the overall high population deviation this map offers. Lancaster City is nearly split, and according to DRA IS split, between these two districts. Why on earth would you all do that? Was this intentional, as part of a deal to exchange one part of the state for making two red seats in Lancaster County? Lancaster wants competitiveness, not to be gerrymandered into two Republican seats! I strongly urge the commission, please, change up the districts around Lancaster. Make a more competitive seat so that the voice of the City of Lancaster is not diluted. I also am strongly opposed to the 9.6% population deviation! What are you thinking?!?!? Such high deviation makes votes matter more in certain areas!!! Are we not all in agreement about 'one person, one vote'? Doesn't packing voters into districts to overpopulate them, like district 49, make the vote of each individual voter count for less? Doesn't intentionally underpopulating districts, such as District 29, unfairly make their votes count for more? Population must be more equal so as to properly represent PA fairly. Hell, by now, the deviations are over 10% most likely! I am quite surprised and honestly a bit annoyed that this was the work approved by the commission. I hope dearly that you can all revise the map and make it better, as right now it seems that we got a sloppy first draft.
