Districting
Fulton County primarily is connected to Bedford and Franklin counties through major highways and thusly the populace is usually connected the heaviest to those two counties and share the same needs and interests. Some of the population in the northern end will also be connected/travel into Huntingdon county. Blair county is only associated with Fulton in that the northwestern portion of the county will travel there for shopping and that's about it. Being connected with Juniata and Mifflin counties makes no sense at all. Please align Fulton county with counties that would be better aligned with our population.
