Commission Unable to Reach Agreement on Fifth Member
The Legislative Reapportionment Commission was unable to reach agreement on the fifth member by the constitutional deadline. The decision is now in the hands of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, which has until May 30 to make a selection. View statement from Commission.
