Help create more Hispanic representation in Lancaster County, remove Millersville from the 50th district, put it in the 97th, and rejoin Manheim Township with Lititz and Warwick Township, and don't split Manheim Township 3 ways. Keep the Grandview Heights neighborhood together. It is unnecessary to split Manheim Township’s 7th district again.
