LV plan that keeps to the vision of the LRC that protects COI and concerns. A stronger VRA seat in Allentown and two Lehigh seats that are winnable for both parties. Makes very compact and fair seats. All seats were drawn to try and keep areas with connections together. Northampton stays with 6 Reps and also addresses the concerns brought up on the slate belt and Hellertown.
