Incumbent Protection is bad!

These districts were drawn to protect incumbents, AKA lock in a Republican majority. If incumbent protection is such a good thing, why isn't the house map also one? Like the house map, the senate districts need to be drawn without regard to incumbents and drawn in a fair manner as to represent us well. Districts 13, 16, 25, and 38 are just a few of the most egregious examples. District 38 cuts deep into Pittsburgh so as to shore up Sen. Williams when you can easily draw the 38th without any part of Pittsburgh. Redraw this district and make it more competitive, while making district 37 more Democratic. Districts 13, 16, and 25 are all meant to shore up Republican incumbents, through diluting the votes of the blue cities they represent. These must be redrawn! Please, don't lose our trust and draw a fair senate map!
