Proposed Legislative House District 21
Dear members of the Legislative Reapportionment Commission, I would like to offer my support in the LRC house map proposal, in particular, as it relates to House District 21. As a current resident of the Pittsburgh Northside neighborhood of Spring Garden, and current HD-19, I feel like the current makeup of the district doesn't reflect the geographic balance necessary for proper representation. Under your proposed plan, my neighborhood would be shifted into the new HD-21, which would greatly improve the geographic boundaries and provide more equitable representation for the neighborhoods that make up the new HD-21.
