Pittsburgh area proposed senate map

The proposed Senate maps around the city of Pittsburgh seem very suspicious. I current am in the 38th district but looks like in the new ones I move to the 37th district. However, as a current 38th district voter I could never understand why parts of the City of Pittsburgh, I believe Highland Park, were remotely tied to the remaining parts of the 38th district. Now, even though the population of the City of Pittsburgh continues to decline while that of the surrounding areas continues to increase, somehow in the new PA State Senate map the City of Pittsburgh still crosses THREE districts (38, 42 and 43). If you look at the bottom tip of the 38th District, it is almost quite obvious the map is being drawn to get City of Pittsburgh votes that lean heavily one way politically. That piece of the 38th District should be either with the 42nd or 43rd district.
