Suggestions for PA House Redistricting

I would encourage the Commission to start with new maps rather than revisit current maps. District maps should put voters and communities first, not incumbents. The current 151st House District is neither compact nor contiguous as required by the PA Constitution; it resembles a map of Massachusetts. The North Penn School District is split among 3 districts, and therefore, disadvantaged when funds are apportioned. It is also apparent on current maps that more densely populated blue areas are chunked out in Montgomery County, so that blue voters lose their voice. As the interests of the community at large have not been served well, I would urge the Commision to correct these issues in creating new maps.
