Dangerous!
My first reaction was horror, what were they thinking.....Dan Williams is an African American State Representative in PA 74. His new territory would include Atglen and Honeybrook. Is the committee aware that there is a chapter of the KKK in Honeybrook? Representative Williams would never be able to campaign in Honeybrook or Atglen. This decision has made it impossible to win re-election. If he can't campaign he can't win. Why would the committee give Rep. Otten and others Downingtown, Caln, East Caln, and other areas and leave Rep. Williams with an area filled with hate and racism?
