I have voted 36 years in 87 District in East Pennsboro Township. I moved to East Pennsboro Twp. when I married a life long business owner in the community. I do not want the current proposed House representation District 103 to represent my community with Harrisburg city. My reasoning is our Township is part of Cumberland County and we would be split from the County and tossed across the Susquehanna River to join part of Harrisburg.
