Adjust the populations in the Senate map districts

As currently drawn, the proposed LRC Senate map dilutes the voting power of the fastest growing regions and maintains voting power in regions that have lost population. Where I live, districts in Philadelphia and other Southeast PA counties have numbers that are far above the target population. Same thing for all Pittsburgh districts. In contrast, many districts in southwest and central PA are well below the target population. This inequitable distribution of population creates vote dilution, which diminishes the voice of the people. I propose that the LRC rebalance the populations to produce a more representative map.
