Keep the Places We Live Whole
Over 80% of the divisions in the proposed preliminary plan are not absolutely necessary to create districts which have equal population, are compact and contiguous, and comply with the Voting Rights Act. I ask that you revise the Preliminary Senate plan to minimize the divisions to the places we live.
