Incongruity in Redistricting
As an Oakmont resident, I recognize it as a niche community. Situated on the river, with an active business district and issues unique to both commerce and topography, it is Ill-suited to sharing a district with Penn Hills, the second largest community in Allegheny County. Both communities deserve to be represented in a manner that meets their individual needs and concerns. It is a disservice to proceed with this plan. As a Registered Independent, I am not tied to a political party or agenda. I simply want the best for my hometown. Thank you.
