I have two primary complaints regarding the House redistricting maps: 1. Considering Moon Park is the community center for Moon Twp and thus, shouldn't it remain in the same House district as the residents of Moon who use Moon Park. 2. The Quaker Valley and Moon ( meaning the “Valley” - both sides of River) should stay together. I've notice other communities in western Allegheny that are divided up as well. South Fayette, Upper St. Clair, and Bethal park. I thought the process was to keep communities of like interest together in common districts. I hope this issue will be addressed in the finally map.
