Split Bethlehem City
I am fine with redrawing the Senate redistricting map to split the City of Bethlehem into separate districts. Bethlehem is already split by county for political purposes and a river, a creek and two major highways have geographically split the city. The Greater Lehigh Valley Area appears to be the geographic region of most concern, and it is clear from Bethlehem City plans that diversity, density, expansion and the movement away from small neighborhoods with their own history and characteristics, is what is important to the people and the power base in the City of Bethlehem. The PA State Senate districts should receive no more consideration than anything else. Split the City. Bethlehem and PA State political business will survive this.
