HD 103 and 125
A portion of Harrisburg lumped with Camp Hill, Wormleysburg, and Lemoyne to create the new HD-103 isn't in the best interest for the City of Harrisburg or its residents. Urban areas and small towns have different needs and issues. Since the largest portion of the population of this district will be west of the river, Harrisburgs needs will more than likely be ignored by their House representative. The same is true with dividing Lower Paxton and putting some of the LP precincts with rural towns in northern Dauphin County such as Dauphin, Millersville, Pillow, etc to create the new HD-125. These suburban LP precincts have little in common with their neighboring rural communities.
