Southeastern PA is underrepresented

I am concerned that the new Senate map does not reflect the population growth of southeastern Pennsylvania and the population losses in more rural parts of PA. This means that people in southeastern PA will have disproportionately low representation. We must adjust the districts to fix this problem. To compound the problem, the proposed map's splitting of North Philadelphia's Hispanic community into four districts makes it very difficult for Hispanic community members to be elected to office. This problem should be resolved by establishing a Hispanic-majority district in North Philly.
