Moving Seats
Americans from both sides of the political spectrum expect fair redistricting. Taking advantage and blurring the lines for political advantage is cheating. Taking seats from expanding areas such as Cumberland and adding seats to stagnant areas, such as Philadelphia is plain wrong. Act as people with integrity and honor.
