Politically motivated jerrymandering
The current redrawing of the PA House districts is unfair, unwise, and clearly a political power grab, add a seat to Philadelphia, where the population doesn't warrant the seat. Additionally it carves up many rural counties to water down their voice. Very unfair and unwise.
