193rd redistricing
Removing Penn Twp from the 193rd back to the 199th will confuse voters and residents of this township. Representative offices are open with well-established hours, locations, contact numbers and personnel. Being there are no geographic issues this move benefits no one in Penn Twp. The other Townships in the 193rd are similar to Penn so like issues are relevant to these Townships as a group. Redistricting always arouses questions from the residents, (Penn Twp was moved from the 199th to the 193rd, now you're moving us back?) changing them particularly for partisan reasons is ill advised.
