Very obvious gerrymandering in Berks County Senatorial District - Maxatawny TWP and Kutztown attached to district that has Democrat Senator because they vote heavy democrat - For sure, no computer would have done this - any computer program with out the knowledge on voter registrations and past voting tendencies would not have done that. Also a computer would not have drawn lines based on who currently holds office there. A computer would have taken practically all the gerrymandering out. That is for the 203o census - too late now.
