Thank you for the more fair state house map!
Thank you! The new State House district that gives Ferguson Twp. more of a cohesive representation is very much appreciated. The new lines are a more balanced representation of the township. It had been frustrating in the past that Ferguson Twp. residents had 3 different State Representatives. It was very confusing and disjointed. Our residents felt like more of an "afterthought" to 3 different representatives. I am an elected official for the township. I am a member of the Ferguson Twp. Board of Supervisors. Many residents had expressed confusion as to who was their representative. I often heard that they would contact Scott Conklin because he was the one who was most accessible even if he was not their representative. We can do better for our residents. Thank you again.
