District 99 proposal
The new District 99 proposed map is clearly unfair to the district. The population centers of both Ephrata and New Holland have been removed from the district, . The natural geographical and economic boundary of mountains between the district and rural Berks county has been ignored. I urge you to please reconsider and follow the already established boundaries of counties, townships and school districts, as well as insuring that population centers are included where it is natural and appropriate.
