Violating The Constitution
The State of Pennsylvania created a Constitution for a number of good reasons. One of The Articles of Our Constitution seems to be interferring with plans of The Republican majority in Harrisburg regarding redistricting. They seek to divide voting districts in both Bethlehem and neighboring City of Allentown to increase Republican voter turn out. No matter the motive. It's a knowing and blatant violation of The Pennsylania State Constitution that each Senator swore to uphold. Not to violate it to gain an edge in upcoming elections! The clear cut answer to this proposition is NO!
