This amendment to the LRC's preliminary House map alters the following districts in Adams County: HD91 and HD193. The LRC draft is otherwise unchanged. The changes unify the Gettysburg School District, consistent with LRC Submissions 977 and 1518, among others. Hamiltonban, Fairfield Borough, Franklin Township and Straban move to HD91. Oxford Township, New Oxford, Berwick Township and Abbottstown move to HD193 Conewago Valley School District remains divided, partly in deference to the two incumbents of the same party who reside there, but primarily for population balance and compactness. This change has no discernible impact on core metrics or partisan bias.
