LRC Testimony Solutions: Submission 775 et.al.

This proposed modification to the LRC's preliminary plan amends House districts in western Delaware County, consistent with Submission 775 and other objections to the division of school districts in this area. The affected legislative districts are HD159, HD161, HD162, HD165, HD166, and HD168. The LRC map is intact outside this area of Delaware County. Core metrics remain stable. With regard to partisan impact, these changes slightly favor Republicans. Indicators of partisan bias reflect this lean. Also, the changes around HD161 and HD165 are problematic for Reps. O'Mara and Krueger, and the changes to HD168 probably help Rep. Quinn, although his position would remain tenuous.
