Resistance to the proposed map for Senate District

I'd like to submit my disagreement and resistance to the presently proposed map, and offer a voice as a Northampton County Resident. As an individual who both lives and works in Bethlehem, the line drawn directly down the center of our community appears disjointed and leaves me feeling distanced from neighbors who would be engaged in the exact same local community concerns with which I would also be engaged. My wife and I both work here, own a business in the city, and we have children who will go to school here. We are community minded and invested in the integrity of our immediate neighborhoods. How can our city's collective voice unite and coalesce behind a Senate choice if we are split so starkly in two? Please propose a new map that brings this city the identity and unity that we deserve.
