Communities of Interest
The proposed District 105 splits Harrisburg and extends itself across the Susquehanna River into West Shore communities. Ask people on the West Shore if they identify Harrisburg as part of their community and most would answer negatively. Likewise East Shore residents would answer similarly. Each entity needs to have their own person to represent them.
