The 151st district
The new maps represent a lot of hard work and an honest effort to create districts that are more compact, contiguous and fair to the residents within them. I live in the 151st district, and I approve of the proposed changes as they are, though more could be done to keep Upper Dublin intact (the new map has UD split among two districts, which is better than the three that it had previously been split between). The proposed changes do keep more of Upper Dublin township together and now includes Ambler Borough, which is an improvement, given how much our township residents share with Ambler residents. The proposed new district is more logical to the way our daily lives function, and will be a great reflection of that for voting purposes.
