Uniting East Falls
Due to geography and shared interests, East Falls should remain with Pam DeLissio’s district. Combining East Falls with West Philadelphia doesn’t make sense as the areas are geographically separated, primarily by the Schulykill River, and the interests of East Falls as a whole are more aligned with NW (ex Roxborough, Manayunk, Chestnut Hill)
