Please keep moving forward
Dear Chairman Nordenberg and the LRC: My name is Betty Hirsch. I have lived in Bryn Mawr, Radnor Township for over 40 years; raised my 3 children attending the local public schools; and voted in every single election since I was eligible. It is rewarding to be involved with our local community leaders and to support them in their efforts to represent the needs of Radnor, Delaware County and the State. In my job as a Career Counselor, I have worked in many counties including Philadelphia, Montco, and Chester, as well as Delaware County. One of my desires for my children and grandchildren is that they have faith in our American democracy; that they feel motivated to participate in the system and to know that their vote counts. I also want to know that minorities in our state are given the same opportunities as others to make their needs known and their voices heard. I commend Chairman Nordenberg and the LRC for their good faith and courageous efforts to bring about a more fair and just system for voting in PA.
