Penn State community in Senate map.
I am a teacher in the State College Area School District and a masters' student at Penn State. I am concerned about the fact that the Senate map breaks the State College region into two parts. I interact with people across the large SCASD district on a daily basis, at work, at the gym, on the hiking trails, and in the grocery stores. We should be allowed to vote together as well--the senate districts need to be drawn to represent the needs and wishes of the voters, not to protect the incumbents.
