The Pennsylvania constitution provides that no county, city ,town or borough be divided in creating a legislative district unless absolutely necessary. At first glance I notice that the city of Lancaster has been divided along with the surrounding townships. Is there an explanation to the people why ? Lancaster is a community that epitomizes the character of Pennsylvania. Why would it be to anyone’s benefit to destroy that in their state representation? Please reconsider.
