LCR Plan That Creates Competitive SEPA Seats

I felt that the Southeastern part of the state lost several competitive state house districts in the preliminary map that was approved. Therefore, below is an edited version with some tweaks to ensure that communities of interest remain together and highlighting competitiveness by increasing Delaware County's competitive districts from one seat to three. Also, although Media Borough and Marple Twp./Springfield Twp. are two different worlds, as a resident I think Media and Wallingford (Nether Providence, Rose Valley, and Swarthmore) have more in common with each other.
