Barrett Township - 189th District
We the Board of Supervisors of Barrett Township wish to voice our strong opposition to the Redistricting of the 189th District. We are a small township and often forgotten when it comes to government interaction and support. Our Senator, who is based in Scranton, has his hands full. Rosemary Brown has proven to be just the opposite. She had been our advocate and greatest asset during her previous term as Representative and the people came out to vote to keep her in office. She has been extremely helpful with our projects to promote and develop assets here in Barrett Township. We honestly would not be where we are today without the help of Rep. Brown. We ask that we remain in her district so we can continue to build and strengthen our community.
