On behalf of Upper Southampton Twp, Bucks County for which I am Solicitor, I submit the Following Resolution which was adopted by the Twp. Board of Supervisors at its 1/3/2022 Reorganization Meeting as testimony in opposition to the proposed redistricting plan which was adopted 3-2 removing Upper Southampton Twp. from the 142nd State Legislative District, currently represented by Frank Farry.
